Our software packages do not limit the number of internal users from your team who can access your information. Additionally, you may assign external partners (designers, contractors, etc.) to specific projects.
** Building Vault’s virtual private servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services. **
BVPro Onboarding is also part of every package. This includes 4 hours of strategic planning, 4 hours of classroom learning, and 8 hours of on-the-job training.

Server Options
All packages include a private cloud installation hosted by Amazon Web Services.
If you choose to place Building Vault on your server, there is a separate installation fee normally ranging from $6,000 to $8,000. Considerations to keep in mind with this scenario include:
- No automatic updates (a maintenance fee would apply)
- Potential delays in service and support actions due to firewalls
- Higher fees to implement new modules due to onsite installation
